Prevention
1. Cover your mouth

Make sure to cover your mouth with your hand, a tissue, or the bend of your elbow when you cough or sneeze, and remember to wash your hands well afterwards.
2. Keep your hands clean

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds (sing the Happy Birthday song two times). Be sure to wash the top of your hands, in between your fingers, and the palms of your hands as well. Wash frequently and use hand sanitizer in between.
3. Do not touch your face

Do not touch your face! Germs can enter through your nose, eyes, or mouth and make you sick.
4. Stay home from school if you do not feel well

Stay home from school when you do not feel well, so you do not get others sick!
