Teaching children healthy habits at a young age is a great way to begin to protect and encourage them early on in life, as well as a reminder to the rest of us about unpleasant, costly, and sometimes life-threatening diseases. George the germ and his germ buddies go on different adventures, completely oblivious to the havoc they are causing to humans. By reading these stories, children can learn ways to protect themselves from germs and hopefully avoid getting sick. A portion of the proceeds will be given back to the PTO as a donation to the specific school from where the order was made. Each book bought outside the schools will also have a portion of its cost donated to the local schools through their PTO organization.
